2. Is it available for every tube straightening tool?

Yes. The Money Back Guarantee applies to all Kwix straightening tools you’ve bought on www.kwikuk.com.

3. Which countries are eligible for the Money Back Guarantee?

All countries are eligible. Wherever you live, you are entitled to get a full refund if Kwix straightening tool doesn't work for you, we'll give you your money back.

4. How does it work?

If, within 30 days of dispatch the Kwix straightening tool doesn't work for you, contact our Kwix UK customer support team. They will do their best to help you fix the problem and if, at the end of their attempts to solve the problem you are experiencing and you are still not satisfied, we'll give you your money back.

5. I would like a refund! How do I initiate the refund procedure?

You simply need to contact our Kwix UK customer support Team by email describing the problem as accurately as possible. On acceptance we will pass you a reference number and now you may return the Kwix straightening tool.

6. When will I get my money back?

As soon as we have received the Kwix straightening tool in accordance to our terms and condition (See below) we'll give you your money back by bank transfer.

Your rights! On the 30 days money back guarantee! The Kwix straightening tool that proves to be unsuitable may be returned for a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

• Kwix UK straightening tool is received by ourselves within 30 days of dispatch
• Kwix UK straightening tool and their packaging are received in a re-saleable condition
• Kwix UK straightening tool is received with a copy of your original invoice, reason for return and return reference number (ring for details)
• Kwix UK straightening tool is returned and shipping and postage costs are to be paid by the client/consumer/purchaser.

If any of the above conditions are unfulfilled then the purchaser is subject to a 30% handling charge, which will be applied to the refund and deducted from the original price paid.
